What to do? Keep the federal government out of it, the private sector can handle the problem but need to lighten up on the restrictions and mandates. Central government control is death to our freedoms.

By have more efficient, it means saving money when paying for fuel. The price of oil has been going up and up. That means more costs. By having being more efficient, the raising price could slow down a bit for the payers.
