Vacations can cause a disruption of your daily login to GasPrices. I know there are solutions to this. Do you have friends who use GasPrices?

Just perfect weather here. 65 and overcast but nice. Wife made some filet mignon on the Nuwave oven. A meal to have in heaven. Might be even better than lobster tail and that is hard to beat. Later - Tom

It was just a perfect day with a light rain and a drive to Costco. We Tivo the NASCAR races and watch them without commercials. It was a great race. Tomorrow should be nice and sunny. Have to catch up on the yard cleanup. Have a nice day. Tom

Just here to say Hello and enjoy the Springtime.

by LanguageMan1  Mar 12, 2014

You're only at $3.62 for the average, you still have a way to go, but it'll get there to the $3.71 or higher mark I said last week.

Prices will be going up on everything later this year or early next year. Just you wait and see. Gas, oil, natural gas, diesel, ethanol, propane, whatever, it might all drop down a bit at some point, but it won't stay low forever and it won't stay low for long. I you can can gas discounts, do so. Kmart, Kroger and others offer quite a few. If you can save money shopping for something at them, and I DO, and then save on the gas which I and others do, then you'll have a bit more at the end of the week and the end of the year than a friend or neighbor does.

That's understandable kid. I don't know if you've done like others have, they bought up an extra 10 to 80 gallons of it just before it went up in their neck of the woods or they'll buy a bit extra when they get it at a discount. I was able to help a local gas buddy get it for $1.93 a gallon. I'm just hoping to get between 50 and 70 cents a gallon off the normal price this month. Might not be able to do that much. If you've got the extra containers for gas, if you've got a safe place in a shed or something, it's not a bad idea to store up a bit extra. It'll also save you a few extra pennies by carrying around less weight in or on your vehicle. If you let it get down to 1/4 of a tank and add five gallons and if it'll last you two or three days, then you add again. If you fill up, which is typically ok or good, you gain extra weight which reduces your fuel economy. I'd save as much as I could when I could where I could.

We're up by 32 cents a gallon at quite a few stations now since last Sunday. The 2nd round of increases started yesterday as I had expected, still ongoing today. The 3rd is coming up, here and most everywhere.

by LanguageMan1  Mar 03, 2014

I'm guessing you'll be seeing $3.71 or more in your area sometime soon. We had three or four stations down to $3.13 a gallon, now they're back up to $3.33 and $3.35 a gallon. The last one just went back up about an hour or so ago. I'd get gassed up now as it's going up more. I wish I could have told everyone yesterday, but I couldn't make it online other than to post prices in the morning. Sorry.

you’d have seen a return of in excess of 10k to 15k already, and remember it takes money to make it. This is NOT the work of speculators, as speculators are hoping for a good return and do not move markets up, it’s those with the big money that are at work MANIPULATING it higher, and the media with their news reports only helps the manipulators to make more and for us to have less. This is going to make diesel and natural gas go up a well, along with food prices and most all other goods, as it takes fuel to move it all. Looks like Obama and all his buddies and socialists and communist admirers and lovers are going to get their wishes fulfilled of us having to pay more for fuel, as we might even see the price of gas at over $4.25 a gallon in California, Alaska and Hawaii for the lower prices and Canada will probably see $1.29 a liter or more for it’s minimum. God help us all that are poor and middle and lower middle class, because they’ll only soak us more.
