one report says gas soon up to $8/gal, this says it'll drop.
Frankly, I don't believe either.

Gasoline prices soon to hit low point for 2012? NO - say it isn't so! Lower fuel prices for the economy to recover that much faster than what 'coming out of the closet' Sneeky will ever do for this country. 'Coming out of the closet' Sneeky's lousy, smoke and mirrors, lack of jobs, dog and pony show and in the crapper economy, the jobs are Not here. Sneeky's economy is not improving but continues to hurt the population at large and the job numbers continue to be down! There is one ARCO gas station here at $2.99/gal and may many more fuel prices follow to much more reasonable levels! The price at the pump needs to go down to $2/gallon, *$3, *$3.50/gallon or *$4.00 is Not the new low! Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, vehicle manufactures Produce and the population ‘Drives’ vehicles with high MPG, are very safe, reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. The price of fuel at the pump is too high! XII/XXII/MMXII!

I'm pretty sure that there are better things to worry about than the fact that the gas prices keep going up and down. They've been doing it all my life and then some.

Lowest gas price of the year is good. I would like to see it at the lowest price of this century.

Gas prices have been sky high most of 2012 so not hard to believe around $3 is the "low" for the year. It's still high at that rate.

Gasoline prices are not that cheap. This administration can not manage a coherent energy policy.

Gas prices should be lower than they presently are because oil is over $10/barrel less than last year, yet we continue to have higher gas prices when they should be lower.

Can't wait although the price difference between regular, medium, and premium is now +20 and +30 instead of +10 and +10

Wrong headline. Should be: Gas prices soon to soar because BIG OIL wants to rip you for their Christmas present.

"A combination of high oil prices and supply shortages caused by refinery and pipeline problems kept gas prices elevated for most of the year."
All of which were manufactured reasons by the oil companies to keep the price high. Were they investigated? NO! The attempts by the Justice Department are blocked by Republican Senators.
